It's not very easy to find. It's on the long road between Hongdae and Sinchon. If you know where Ssamzie Space is, it's near there.
Let's say you start at the three-way intersection near the park. It's the least interesting road. Walk down it for about 15 minutes. It'll be right after the first traffic lights you pass, on the far right side. If you reach the bridge you've gone too far.
