so i think i may be moving to the dongdaemun area... and advice or anticdotes?
i'm a newbie, but my korean friend suggested this place. i guess its close to her and i could certainly use a friend my first time living away from home  |

| The Dongdaemun area is nice, but crowded and noisy. Being centrally located in Seoul is nice for transportation. One drawback is you may have to go to Seoul Station to Lotte Mart to buy groceries if you want more than street food and fruit, but you would be on Line 1 and 4, both take you to Seoul Station a few stops away. You also have the Chongyecheong (spelling?) River nearby for moonlight strolls. |

| Sinseol-dong is a decent area. Home Plus can be found the next stop down on Line 2. |

i know a girl who works for the ybm company, i think we both work at the school that is actually ran by the company (i forget the word...dur)...
she hasnt told me anything to scare me away... |

| I'd be wary. YBM has a bad rep. Be careful. Lokk at the blacklists. There are many YBM chains on there. |
