Is it not also true that while food consumption is up, so is malnourishment.
More than likely. All those wonderful chemicals, stimulants ( or supressants ) & additives 
Personally i've been drinking more HERBAL TEA as of late.
ROSEHIP, LAVENDER, LEMONBALM, PEPPERMINT etc. Mmmmmm ...
Raid the shelves of your local mega-store. Drink & be healthy!
