The kind of present you would give to a korean director or a korean teacher that has helped you out alot. What have you found to be well received?

A bottle of liquor isn't always suitable...

A box of chocolates from Costco is good. Many good ideas at Costco, if you have a membership, things that are pretty much impossible to find in other places in Korea.

You won't be able to find what they have in costco from emart.

Try hooking up with someone who has a costco card and tag along.

A box of tuna will always be appreciated. And, you could always get a bathroom kit/box, it has soap and toothpaste. Maybe, you should pull out all the stops and spring for a nice brand NEW Otoggi Set (with spam and Corn Oil) He'll be beaming, take my word for it! Very Happy

How about a box of dried persimmons? Big culture points there.
