I have to vote for "a-sa." I always use this little gem of a word. On a side note, my young kids go F'n crazy when I use it in class, especially when I pair it with a hand tag.

Instead of going through the bother of saying: "I would prefer not to," "I'd rather not," or "I really don't want to," just say,"Shil-ah! Shil-ah! Shil-ah ~ ah ~ ah ~ ah!"
