Can an E-1 visa holder pursue graduate work at the institution from which it was awarded? how about at a different university? Or does the over-ambitious person with too much time need a second visa? Is this last option even possible (in the legal sense)? |

IF it is at your place of employment no one will look or care.
If you want to study at another place you will have to "apply to engage in activities beyond the current visa status ?

Should be no problem for graduate studies while you are on an E1 (called professional development).
You would need your ARC, Passport, letter of admission, application and 60k won. |
