Guess who won?
Well, Rumsfeld actually won these war games because he had the divine powers to re-float the battleships that Van Riper had sunk and change the rules of the war games so he could win.
Now, if only the Iraqi resistance was required to salute him and follow stupid orders like Gen. Van Riper was the US wouldn't be in this disaster in Iraq. (Of course, there's another way this predictable disaster could have been avoided. . . )
