| Just started going to the gym and I was wondering where I could buy some cheap body fat calipers - anyone have any ideas? I dont speak Korean, otherwise I'd ask the guy at the gym (the gyms pretty small!)Secondly, does anyone know if they are any good? I have heard that they measure body fat quite accurately. Thanx! |

| The may have a body analyzer at your gym that can measure just about everything your body has, down to the weight of each limb. |

Don't waste your money. Even the best tool/instrument will only give you a rough approximation.
Much easier to track your progress by taking pictures of yourself regularly (sans clothes) |

| Only accurate way is for dunk tank. Fat calipers work as a rough estimate but for males its really bad because we store fat internaly where as women have external fat source. |
