Can't remember about last year.. but is it typical in December to have a bit of a turn over in students?
I haven't lost all that many.. and it seems to have balanced out with incoming students so I am not worried.
Just sort of curious if this migratory pattern is par for the course. |

My place has lost a few students. Happened last year too. Things perked up again the following March.
Some of my students have gone to a newly opened Hagwon in town, and some have gone to science / math / korean academies. |

| We've lost ten students, which is a really big hit for us as we're a tiny, 3-teacher (myself and the director included) outfit. I'll probably be pimped out to another haggie soon in order for the boss to pay the bills. |

That is about what I can remember. Most of my of the students who have left have been middle schoolers going to different academies. My boss is replacing them with Elementry kids. |

| Yeah, that's weird. In the last few days, I lost some kids in my middle school class. They kept talking about some BIG exam at school. Perhaps they messed up on the exam, and they have to quit the English hogwon so that they can concentrate on other school subjects. Who knows? |

I temporarily lost a bunch of my middle school students so they could study for some big exam, but now they're all back.
Our school has actually just gained several more students, but lost a couple who got kicked out of the school for being pains in everyone's behinds. |

At my school we have lost maybe around 5 students in the last month. Over the last three weeks many of the kids didn't come because they had tests to study for. Some of them came back and some didn't. From what I have been told this is normal. |
