Sick tonight. Was sick yesterday too. Girlfriend looked after me last night and this morning, but now I'm all by my lonesome. Drinking tea, or anything that gets me over this sickness (don't trust Korean doctors really).

But you know, sometimes it's a good break to get sick because it makes you stay home on a Sat. night, which is actually quite nice once in a while. Hopefully it snows tomorrow... and nobody can go out. Because if I can't, then nobody should!

My day turned out pretty decent. The pumpkin bread is tasty; I tried something different with the chicken (used up a can of cocanut milk) and finished my TR Pearson novel. Didn't do any painting because the naps took up the extra time. Had a nice dinner downtown.

Saw a bunch of stars when I was driving into town, so I think maybe the forecast for snow is off.

Not at all sure how to react to someone who thinks spending a day alone is either (necessarily) lonely or sounds like a grandma. I enjoyed my day.

I quiet like days alone. I find teaching such a social job that I like the time by myself. However I also feel a need for adult company as well.

A few flakes at 9:30 in Hang Gang Dae Gyo area, south of the river. It had stopped by the time I got home just north of the river. MOre to come tho', if only light showers.

just got home from dinner and starbucks in the hongdae area with my wife, there is a great tapas place near krispy kreme, started to snow while at starbucks but only a few flakes on my way home, just checked the radar and it looks like some serious precip is about to move in. in a week i'll be in texas and snow will be a figment of my imagination for a while

got my costco shopping done best time to go is before noon, no crowds

now looking for a non-streamtv source to watch the Dallas-Atlanta game tomorrow morning. cant believe those guys switched from paypal to safepay it doesnt work for me since my cc billing address is in texas

What a strange day, weather-wise!

Woke up, and it was gray and disgusting and ranky and stanky.

Then, the wind blows it all away!

Then, it snows, big time!

Anyway, my mother arrived safely from New Zealand (on her way back to Mother England, having taught disgusting Maori girls for a year, the poor soul) and is asleep in the SPIN household. I wanted to go to a hoff and get the old bird royally smashed, but too tired sadly.

I've recently ditched my Korean girlfriend and have nothing better to do than log on to my beloved Daves and post the foregoing drivel. I did exchange some texts in Korean to Qinella, but I didn't quite follow your last one, mate, because you speak the lingo much better than me. I speak good textbook Korean, but if it's colloquial or natural in any way, I totally don't get it, which is a shame, because I'm an otherwise talented student.

It started snowing about 2 hours ago here... and didn't get very far. We had some nice fat flakes & it started to stick... but no real staying power.
