I must have that look about me..

Where I live there are loads of churches. The inconspicuous type that are basically just an old apartment building with a cross on top, about 5 in my immediate neighbourhood. In the last month, I must have been stopped about 10 times by Christians trying to recruit me PLUS people knocking on my door.

I even had to run away when I saw a group of young women spot me, and heard highheels coming my way. THEN, the clanking high heels got faster~ they were running down the street after me!!!!!!!! Even when I tell them I'm not interested they like to stand there and look stupid.

Anyway, at least I get to play around with my replies - Buddhist, agnostic, Satan worshiper, atheist. Confusion is fun too. The best was answering in Chinese when a Jehova Witness guy knocked on my door~ kkkkk Another asked me if I "liked" God and I told him that I did in fact like spam. The last ones I just said, "Oh, lovely to see you, now please go away"

what do you do?

Respectfully decline. I've never had anyone bug me after I've said, "Thank you, but I'm not interested."

I dont' get that much anymore, but a month ago some lady ran me down on the street near my apt. and told me to go to her church up there 'Jesus, bla bla blah'. So I did what works best: I said "Sa-tan Sa-tan" in the way Koreans do and that stopped her in her tracks. I hate people/brainwashed idiots like her trying to tell me the right way to think, as if those broad-minded fold havve got things all figure out.

Try it sometime, it gets an even better reaction than calling kids "Puh-han saram" when they say "mi-guk" in public. Although I must give Korea credit where credit's due: I hear them saying 'mi-guk' a lot less and 'way-guk' a lot more. Ah, the payoffs of hosting the world cup....
