Seriously though, that diluted hydrogen peroxide mix is a miracle cure docs won't tell you about. |

I thought that hydrogen peroxide was just a "weak acid" or a cleaning agent for small cuts or cleaning teeth. I think I will try it.

I used to take echinacea back in Canada. It didn't stop any colds, but I would be sick only a day or two as opposed to 5 or 6 days. Unfortunately, I have not seen it sold here in Korea. |

| Drink a minimum of 5 liters of water a day. Those "bita-C" drinks are pretty good too! Wrap up in as many blankets as you can come bedtime. This always works for me! |

Gotta be on the ball and do this at the first sign of a cold coming on. |
