Anyone out there use Twitter?
After reading about it over and over again I signed up and I just don't see the point. Maybe it's one of those things that's only fun if you already know a lot of people using it... |

That's correct. If your friends aren't using it its pretty useless. Well, even more useless |

twitter is great, even if you don't follow any friends on it. It's informative, educational and just entertaining depending on who you want to follow.
I stumbled on www.twittervision.com and found quite a few gamers updating around the globe...started to follow them for fun, and from their friends list I found developers, bloggers and other employees in the gaming community. (and met them IRL too by keeping up with their updates on social events; i.e. Trixie and Major Nelson if you're into xbox)
microblogging is a great way to keep up with the latest news on anything...be it web2.0 (http://twitter.com/TechCrunch)
the news (http://twitter.com/nytimes),
deals (woot, JetBlue) or
presidential candidates

Colbert was a spoof but was fun to follow anyway |

If you meet that Major Nelson character again, ask him why there is so little XBOX Live DLC available for Korea. |
