Has anyone ever taken their dog on the KTX? My dog is tiny, like 3 pounds. It's a toy breed. I have to go to Busan next weekend and have no one to take care of him, plus I'd rather take him anyway.
Are dogs in carrying cases allowed on? |

Not sure, but the woman sitting next to me had a rabbit in an animal carry bag.
Might have to disguise the dog with some big ears. |

In a dog carrier? No problem, especially if you keep it under your seat or feet. |

I will try to keep it under my seat, the only problem is my dog is a puppy. He hasn't had much time in the carrier, so hopefully he will not bark or cry, or else he might want me to hold him. He is so tiny, about 2 pounds or less. I can't see it being a problem, when ppl see him they love him. |

It's no problem. I adopted from the Daejon shelter last week and brought up my pup with no hassles. She was kind of car sick so I took her out of her cage to sleep on my tummy and the attendants didn't bat an eyelid.
Actually...

I brought (3) one-month-old kittens in a carrier on the KTX. I just put my hand inside and pet them to keep them quiet. They fell asleep 10 minutes into the ride anyway. No problem. |
