Today in the women's middle school bathroom I came across diarrhea on the floor. There wasn't a lot, just a little. I almost stepped in it and my skirt, which is long, almost brushed against it.

Only teachers use that bathroom. Shocked

I once went into a bathroom and heard my boss in one stall, talking on his cell phone as he was pinching large loaves in the toilet. So the next time you're chatting with your Korean friend and hear splashing...

That totally grosses me out. None of my Korean friends has ever done it as far as I know, but I'd promptly hang up on them if they did.

I just love you enter a bathroom. The line of stalls are occupied and everyone is in there taking a crap and talking on their cell phones

That's grounds for ending the friendship right there. Damn. Fark multi-tasking, concentrate on one thing at a time!

A few days ago on an express bus from Jecheon into Gangnam, an older Korean man evidently got desperate to urinate on the bus. Took a small black plastic baggie and went into the last row of seats where no one was sitting, peed and tied off the bag, left it in the elastic netting on the back of the seat. Gross!

Will the drivers usually stop if you ask them nicely?

Yes. And if they don't, put'em in a strangle hold until they do or pass out then the bus is all yours.

I had a similar experience. We have a teachers only bathroom at my school, and their is only one western toilet, the rest are squats. I only use the western style....so one day I check it out and someone shat all over the toilet seat. Now I don't mean a little, and it was all over the back of the seat....I have no idea what the dude who did it was thinking or doing.

a friend of mine worked at Radio Free Europe and they had a lot of reporters from Central Asia who had never seen western-style toilets before. the management had to get someone to do a little lesson on how to use them -- everything from 'don't stand on the seat' to 'put the used toilet paper in the toilet.'

two years ago, some co-workers at the Chinese uni i was working at had some students over. when the students left, they also left shoe prints on the toilet seat.
