Thanks in advance. |

Ok, I found this thread:

garykasparov give this link from EFL Law:

And then ttompatz posts this in the thread:

I used the link from EFL law for my letter of release and it worked out fine.
It says there "N.B. It is not a pro forma and the exact wording and layout can differ - it is the substance that is important." |

Does the LOR have to have a seal? I have a letter from the chair of my department on letterhead. No seal, though.

Yes you need an official seal. Change the details to your own (your name, name of school etc) and get the seal from your Hagwon's admin or your boss. The seal is required because otherwise anybody could submit a letter of release and say "Uh, yeah, my boss gave me this". |

In my last job my boss just faxed it to immi (no seal). Does anybody here work in a uni that has done this?

It doesn't seem that I can fit all onto one page. If there are two pages, do I need to get signatures and the stamp on both? |

I got this really simple letter that my boss, who is away, had ready for me. Mentions nothing about when I started working or when my my last day is. Just says that it's ok for me to transfer with the stamp, my bosses name, his signature in ink and the date signed.
It has the academy name and address. It's a very small paragraph. Has my name at the top.
At the very top it has
I guess it's ok... |
