I finished all the editing and layouts for the school newspaper I've been working on and would like to convert it to a pdf so I can send it to my friends and family back home. I keep getting an error message when I try to convert. The original file is MS Publisher 07 and I have Adobe Acrobat Professional (latest version 8.??) Anyone know if it's possible to convert it? Thanks

You could try saving it as a .jpg (one page at a time?) or .rtf then use Acrobat to convert that.

You should just print it and choose the acrobat distiller as your printer and it will work. If it's still not working your acrobat install might have a corrupted file - uninstall and reinstall.

cutepdf is a free pdf printer works great.. Small footprint unlike distiller which is bloatware and is 400+ dollars.

open office can't open .pub files

MSoffice 2007 comes with a pdf creator built in as well.

I've used CutePDF for a while. It's easy to use and accurate.

This was probably the worst possible solution.
