| I am having trouble with my mobile service, and I can't find anything on their site. Any ideas? |

Dial 114
They have an option for English service. The English is fine, like someone who lived overseas.
It is only during office hours, you'll have to wait til Monday. |

Or you'll have some completely unprofessional girl who has put you on speaker phone, and while you ask a question you can hear a whole office full of ladies giggling, while the girl who talks to you puts on one of those Korean game show exaggerated look-how-funny-I-speaking-English voices. |

I personally phoned, with my co-teacher next to me, the 1330
helpline at the end of the last school week and the women said to me
that the english assistance part were..all busy |
