American, no doubt. Perhaps go slumming a few more blocks away. You may even find a Starbuck's.

http://www.seoulsynergy.com/

They are a group of Seoul triathletes both Korean and expat from all over the world. I believe a few are spinning instructors here in Seoul. Send them a shout as they often travel about Korea for triathlons and bike races.

I joined a gym in on Songdo and they have non-Spinning brand cycling classes. I was a spinning instructor for 2 years (and NEVER drank a Starbucks) and fantasized about doing it again over the winter. However, the bikes were too small! Although I am a giant (6'5") they usually can be adjusted to fit. Nope. I ride my trainer at home, thank you.

I'd never heard of spinning.
Just sounded like something fatass country club ladies do in groups when they decide not to watch soap operas.
Now I know.
Apologies for jumping to conclusions.

I just got a recumbent bike, on doctor's orders, and don't even do that enough.
