Students did a student assessment last week. It was in regards to speaking ability.

They are marked with an A, B or C. 5% of students got A's, most got C's.

I have to follow the book. Since the book isn't enough for a 40 minute class I try to include an activity. The activity usually has multiple randomly selected students answer questions (i.e. Jeopardy, BAAM game, etc.).

What are other ways I can increase the amount of "A" level speakers for the next year?

I assume you mean, pronunciation.

Word stress, linkage, certain endings for Kor Ss suched as "-ed" past simple, etc.

No. The teacher shows the students sentences in Korean, the students then have to translate and speak the sentences back into English. They do this one-on-one with the Korean teacher.

My Grade3 did that today. ( should've been last week but for the flu)
100% increase from semester 1. (3/11 to 6/11 isn't much to crow about really)
I put it down to playing conversation baseball.
