you have to go to the "A/S center"....depending on which brand phone you have (LG/Motorola/Samsing etc). Go to any cell phone store and ask where the nearest place is.

my haptic touch screen was not working properly and was driving me insane..took it to samsung AS centre..expected to have to leave the phone and come back in a week or something, like at home...but the dude swapped out the screen there and then..took about ten minutes all in.

was 2 months out of the 1 year warranty period tho so had to pay for it.
