If the original school is officially closing down then a Visa transfer is not a problem. Immigration will only need a copy of the notice of closure issued at the local district office.
As for the teachers if the school is closing they really don't have many options in the situation as the school is closing. If they don't mind working for that person then moving to the new school is probably the easiest thing to do. The teacher does have the option of moving to a different school altogether but will lose out whatever benefits they may have received by transferring.

Same owner - then a simple "change or addition of workplace" application at immigration is all that is required.

Need business registration from the new business / location, some paperwork from the employer, application, passport, ARC, application and 60k won fee.

And make sure you do this. It's a legal issue. You have to have the new address on your ARC.
