I cant stand bureaucratic paperwork. Anyway...
I came here in 2010 and I got in with State fingerprints. I had to give a degree copy that was apostilled, too.
I am switching jobs in June and wondered what all I need to do. I know to get fingerprinted and send in to the States to get the check and get that apostilled, but do I need to do everything over with my degree, too?
I know this question has been asked a lot, but situations vary. Thanks |

the board seems unhelpful lately, eh?
try dialing immigration... 1345. and, whatever they tell you check it with at least one other counselor and then maybe have a Korean friend call and verify the other two opinions... lol. |

Changing jobs with a transfer then nothing required other than transfer documentation.
Changing jobs with new visa = new documents.
