Hey everyone,

My contract with Langcon English Academy states that I am responsible for "housing management fees" associated with my apartment. Can somebody tell me what these normally add up to?

It depends on your building. Some officetels have really high maintenance fees.

You will pay those fees + power (cable+internet if you want) plus gas.

cable and internet can be had for cheap, 30,000 or less... gas should be cheap if you don't cook all that often and it's not winter time.

Maintenance/building fees plus power could be anywhere from 80,000-200,000 depending on how much you use and how high the building fees are.

it will be different for everyone, but hope that helps a bit.
