... to the FBI? Do I just send in the prints directly to the FBI, or do I need to get them notarized here in Korea before I send them to the FBI???

| You get your fingerprints taken on the official FBI form and then mail them. No notarizing needed. |

How are you suppose to notarize fingerprints anyway? Just curious.
