About the Visa at Immigration...I have all of my documents and information needed. But my criminal record check expires September 16 according to the 6 month rule because I got it March 16. I haven't been to the US in 4-5 years and have my passport and other countries criminal record checks to cover that time. How would immigration handle my expiration? |

They would say to you that if your docs are not submitted by September 16th then you NEED to get a new Criminal Background Check. |

Submit it once, even if you're not applying for a new visa necessarily.
Then as long as you do not leave the country for more than 3 months you will not need to provide new documentation for a new visa. |
