Posted: Sat Sep 24, 2011 6:39 am Post subject: how can i type in korean? |

just bought a new laptop, and pressed the typical alt key on the bottom of the keyboard. it doesn't work. then, i went to control panel and added the korean language to the keyboard settings and it still doesn't work. can anyone help?? |

On each side of the space bar, between the ALT key and the space bar, there is a key labelled 한/영.
Or at least, there should be.
If there isn't, you probably need a new typewriter.
You probably just need to take your computer to a computer repair shop and tell them that you want to type in Korean.
That's what I did when I came to Korea. |

You have to set it at keyboard and language to load Korean IME setting instead of US keyboard. after the it should work. |

I just go to a website and type it there.. I never have to type more than a few words, if this is what you're looking for it's better than changing all your stuff
plus, it shows you what letters to type to get the Korean |
