rawiri,
There's a lot of windsurfing in Busan and here on Geoje Island there's a few dozen active windsurfers at Hakdong Beach.
I want to try it out this summer, especially since it's fifteen minutes from my apartment.
I'll post info as I get it.

Not in Incheon. It's all mud flats and the wind in nil. You'd have to go south a few hours. The boats to Incheon use the channel of course to avoid the mud, but still no wind for windsurfing. |

I've seen more windsurfing on the Han river in Seoul than I've seen around Incheon... I'm sure there are a few hardy souls who manage to pull it off but I can't imagine Inchon as a very good place to learn to windsurf. |
