I am pretty certain I had read somewhere that unused leave (vacation) was to be paid, yet for the life of me I cannot find the rule anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction? |

It's not covered under the Korean Labor Laws so in other words, use it or lose it, unless otherwise covered in your contract. |

It IS covered under the Koran Labor Laws. There is an exception under Article 61, but most employers don't follow the requirements of the exception.
Back pay is payable up to 3 years. I'd say sue right around the time you go decide to go home. |
