Well actually more specfically shoulder aches. I actually had them last year too. Basically it feels like I am walking around with two knives in my shoulder blades. It seems to go away if I sleep on the floor with the ondol on. Is this cold related? Korea's the first place I've had a real winter since I was a baby. |

I recommend you sleep on the floor with the ondol on then. |

This really helps? I'll give it a try.
I get shoulder pain from sleeping on a very hard mattress (which I like) but in my side. I am trying to train myself to sleep on my back or stomach, but I always wake up on my side, with a painful shoulder. |

I took up Yoga after I got hit by a car on my mountain bike. It is the best pain relief I know. |
