It's pretty common in other parts of the world too. Apparently there is a tradition passed down from father to son which engenders a strong disbelief in the power of a car's alternator to power the lights.

What really sucks is when you are unknowingly coming head-on to one of the bastards and in a friendly gesture they decide to alert you of their presence by rapidly flashing the highbeams from 50 meters away. So there you are- temporarly blinded by highbeams but intensely aware of an imminent collision less then a second away and said car, having warned you that it is in the vicinity, has gone back into blackout mode. What do you do (aside from crapping your pants)? Swerve? Go straight? Slam on the brakes and skid?

Now having put your question in proper context, it becomes clear that the correct answer is one which is not reflected in your poll: The Chinese solution. Bullet to the head and then hunt down the family and make them re-imburse you for the cost said bullet (and a new pair of jockey shorts when and where neccessary).

It has to be done this way- for the children.

Canada is not a real country.
And besides, people in Canada drive around with headlights on even during the day- for the children.

And you expected more with anything bearing the Hyundai stamp?

Actually my example comes from Syria (and the cars in question were those ubiquitous [at least for the Middle East] weather-beaten mercedes). But I'm sure the terror/anger is the same regardless.

I am a Canadian. I am 100% FOR capital punishment. I think the reason it is anti-Canadian is some of those corrupt politicians are afraid they might be the ones getting the bullet!

I voted for the bullet. It is fast, quick, and costs the least amount of money.

I would suggest doing in the whole family this way their DNA is removed from the gene pool

Wow. Seems like death by firing squad hasn't lost it's appeal.

No and no.

Paul Martin's Liberals are the personification of Canadian values. Don't believe me-ask any left-leaning donkey.

However, hanging is the preferred option.
