| Emart only had one 10 kg and one 12 kg dumbbell, so i wasn't able to get two of the same....does it screw up your body (back, whatever) if you lift two different weighted weights at the same time - curling? I'll switch every set, but is it bad for the body? |

No. In terms of growth, as long as you change sides after sets it's not a big deal.
On the plus side, you will be working stabiliser muscles more than if you had 2 weights of the same size.
Or why not do it seated and work on arm at a time? |

Why in the world did you make the purchase? Why not wait until they had two of the same, or go to another store?
Just curious. |

Thanks for the advice....
Why?...I was bored...or else I'm a bit of an impulse shopper. And I figured I could pick up the other 10 and 12 dumbbells later. |
