I just saw this weekend that there's an Aikido place in Sinchon. Anyone go there and know how it is? I didn't think I'd be able to find any Aikido in Korea. I studied for a very short time back home and really liked it. Does anyone know of any other Aikido places, especially around Jongno?

You know Aikido and Hapkido are pretty much the same, don't you?

Why pay triple to learn the same stuff you can learn everywhere in this country.

Hapkido comes from aikido and as far as the holds, locks, blocks, and throws they're very similar, but hapkido also has kicking.

From what I've read, the dojo in Shinchon is the only one north of the river. Also, this website has a lot of information.
