Can anyone recommend a good place to take walks in Seoul? I'm not into hiking up mountains, I just want a park or woodsy area for taking a nice walk. Preferrably near a subway station and not too crowded. Thanks! |

I'm on line 2 (Edae), but I don't mind going a little out of the way. I have lots of free time. |

Seoul Forest is at Ddukseom Station, line 2, exit 8. it's 20 minutes from there by foot. website (all korean) here: http://www.seoulforest.or.kr/index.php
there are tons of ways to get to the han river park. e.g. dangsan station, world cup station (line 6), dongjak station, oksu station, and gwangheungchang station. |

Thanks! I checked Seoul Forest on Google, looks like the kind of place I'm looking for. I'll head there on Saturday. |

There are mountains all throughout the city. Just aim for one and climb it. |

I mentioned originally that I don't want to climb any mountains, but thanks. |

I'm just not looking to add mountain hiking to my exercise regime. I just want a nice place to go for a nice, low-key walk. |
