Hi,

I am from TURKEY and I am learning English like the other members.

Who want to learn English, they have to memorize a lot of basic words.

Memorizing is maybe easy, but remember is difficult. Because if you don't use the words which you memorized, you will forget them quickly.

İs there anybody know web-site to memorize and remember the words?
I know there is some system to memorizing English words, but I don't know which site?

Please help me thanks,

I have learned French and Italian, and am now studying Spanish. Here's something I use: get dry erase white boards or if you cant afford a lot of them, get large sheets of paper. Cover the walls of most of your house with the boards or paper and write all the words. You become submerged in vocabulary. If you have a car put the words all inside your car. Even write words on your arms and hands. Its radical but it helps. Record the words and instead of listening to music listen to your vocab words.
Make a list of words and put them on your computer screen wallpaper.
Do whatever it takes.

In my opinion, the best way for most people is to read part of a book every day. This way you see the words many times over the course of the book. Pick something that you enjoy and that isn't too hard (otherwise you won't finish it).

Other than that, it really depends on the individual person--some people like vocabulary journals, some like listening to sound files, some people like flashcards, etc. Smile
