#1-(1)Leonardo da Vinci was chosen to be the greatest artist.
(2)The greatest artist was chosen to be Leonardo da Vinci.
Which one is correct?
#2-It is unlikely that new treatment will ever widely available in the world.
What is the meaning of the word 'ever' in this sentence?
I'd appreciate your help. |

Da Vinci:
Both are correct. #1 is clearer in its meaning.
Question #2
First of all, this is not a complete sentence.
It should be:
...ever be widely available...
It means that it is likely that it never will be available |
