Exchange. Or, depending on the situation, you could colloquially just say "change".

I need to exchange my dollars.

I need to go to the Currency Exchange to change my money.

Is it a must to go to the Currency Exchange to change money in your country?
Aren't there any bank offers this service?

Thank you;>

There are a few banks that do this service, but not many. Most commercial banks we use on a regular basis for checking and savings accounts and loans do not. I have no idea where I could go in my neighborhood to change dollars to yen, pounds, or euros. I would just do it at the airport.

You can "change into" another currency but you "exchange for." Make that edit and then you're fine.
