Can the phone number 3357-2981 be read as double three five seven twenty-nine eighty-one?
Can the phone number 3000-2300 be read as three thousand twenty-three hundred?
Can the phone number 3329-8111 be read as double three two nine eight triple one?

Hello Teo - Is your primary concern good, clear communication in order to be easily understood?

Obviously, the phone numbers CAN be read as in your examples...but it might lead to some confusion. ('Would/Should/Could' might be a better question.)

How are phone numbers read (said) in your country?

There seems to be an internationally accepted norm (style/tempo) for communicating information regarding phone numbers....

a)..three three, five seven - two nine, eight one
