here's one definition of the word:
partner-someone you are married to or having a sexual relationship with

if I want to invite someone to join in a group/team,should I avoid saying"Would you like to become my partner?",or how would you ask people?

"Would you like to work with me?"or "Let's teamwork together?"
-Are these correct?

Thank You Very Happy

"Partner" implies one of a pair, so it doesn't work in those situations unless it is a group or team of two.

"Would you like to become my partner?" - Yes, but only if the team or group will be just two people. (very natural, in that case)

"Would you like to work with me?" - Yes, but if a game or a sport is involved, you'd say "play" rather than "work." (very natural)

"Let's teamwork together?" - No, don't use "teamwork" as a verb.

You could also say, "Would you like to be on my team?"
