S11 and S12 are correct, S21 and S22 are not correct.

Why S11 and S12 are both correct is because the object and it's attrribute can be switched as long as they stand together and as long as they are standing at the end of the sentence.

S21 and S22 are incorrect because of the spelling mistake: "shinig" instead of "shining"

I prefer "He stood there with shining eyes." and "He watched me with shining eyes" without the "his". After all, who else's eyes would be shining?

Hello ad-miral

I'm sorry. I corrected my mistypes in S21 and S22. May I ask one more time?

Hello Lorikeet

I'm sorry. I corrected my mistypes in S21 and S22. May I ask one more time?

Q1: Are the following sentences correct?
Q2: If they are, what do they mean?

S11: He stood there with his eyes shining.
S12: He stood there with his shining eyes.

S21: He watched me with his eyes shining.
S22: He watched me with his shining eyes.

Would you tell me about both Q1 and Q2?
If you think his is unnecessary, please think about the following four sentences instead of S11 to S22.

S31: He stood there with eyes shining.
S32: He stood there with shining eyes.

S41: He watched me with eyes shining.
S42: He watched me with shining eyes.

hi juliete

S21 and S22 are both correct, too. You can use every verb. "He looked with his eyes shining/ with shining eyes", "He smelled with his eyes shining/ with shining eyes" etc.

"He watched me with his eyes shining" or "... with shining eyes" means that a boy is looking at you. The "shining eyes" is a metaphor and implies that he is very surprised or very happy (or very turned on) when he is looking at you.

"He stood there with his eyes shining / ...with shining eyes" means that a boy is standing there with shining eyes. It's also a metaphor like in the other sentence, the only difference is that you don't know whether he is looking at you.

Hello ad-miral

I understand well.
Thank you very much for your quick and kind reply.

PS
If it's possible, I'd greatly appreciate your kindness if you'd let me know your language background or in what country you've spent most of your life. But if you mind letting me know, please ignore my request because it's a highly private question.

Hello Lorikeet

May I ask one more question?

Do you also prefer "He stood there with eyes shining." and "He watched me with eyes shining"?

I prefer "He stood there with shining eyes." or "He stood there with his eyes shining," but don't ask me why Wink. It "sounds" better to me.
