Hello teachers,
Please tell me the accent in the following sentences. Would you write the accent part in the small capital? For example, he ate the MEAT RAW in he ate the meat raw.
(1) a. John ate the meat wildly.
b. John ate the meat quietly.
c. John bought the table broken.
d. John pictured the general seated.
e. Sophie now possessed a decades worth of correspondence unopened in a dresser drawer.
f. John ate the fish whole.
g. John cooked the meat dry. (intended meaning: John cooked the meat without water.)
Sincerely,
ShoHiro

Hello,
I'm afraid that I could not get answers if nothing is done, so I will write my prediction.
Is this accent position right? The position in small capital is accent position. Regarding (1e), I don't know. |
