Nobody takes this goofball seriously. He will certainly not be elected president, and neither will any other lunatic. The new story came out August 6. Here are some excerpts, cut and pasted from the article:
Fiery Republican presidential long-shot Tom Tancredo has defended his suggestion that America should threaten to bomb Muslim holy sites in order to deter a nuclear attack on US soil.
Mr Tancredo first mooted his controversial position last week, prompting the State Department to describe it as "absolutely crazy."
. . .
I'm telling you right now that anybody that would suggest that we should take anything like this off the table in order to deter that kind of event in the United States isn't fit to be president of the United States."
The State Department on Friday reacted angrily to Tancredo's initial comments.
"Let me just say that it is absolutely outrageous and reprehensible for anyone to suggest attacks on holy sites - whether they are Muslim, Christian, Jewish or those of any other religion," departmental spokesman Tom Casey said. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

Ol' Tancredo is showing he has about as much foreign policy acumen as Obama. He's gone from daringly controversial to foaming-at-the-mouth nutbag. At this point he is really running for Border Patrol Commissioner, not president. Too bad. Im running out of viable protest-vote options for the presidential primaries.

This is Mr Tancredo but , before him Bin Laden !!!!
The Saudis know pilgrims matter. When Al Qaeda set off bombs in Riyadh in November 2003, the Saudis reinforced Mecca with 5,000 soldiers and police to protect the 2.5 million Muslims visiting during Ramadan.
Subsequently, the Saudis discovered an Al Qaeda cell in Mecca. Two of the terrorists blew themselves up to evade capture. Saudi police feared the terrorists were planning to attack a festival celebrating the end of Ramadan.
"terrorism is the enemy of God."
Mr Tancredo and Mr Bin Laden have the same goal .
how?
back to november last year and Mecca :
A government spokesman referred to the Nov. 6 incident as evidence that al Qaeda has been targeting fellow Muslims in Mecca.
"If their intent is to kill Americans, it doesn't answer the question as why are they involved in activities in Mecca," Nail Al-Jubeir told CNN.
"Why do they have bomb factories in the holy city of Mecca that only Muslims go to? Why do they have traps in Mecca ?"
.....
Mr Tancredo , do not worry your collage Ben Laden and his group are trying too..crazy,sick both of you .
