Those sentences are correct, although there are a few things that could optionally be changed.
The one thing I noticed as being wrong was sentence #1. It is incomplete, if you just want to say that you thought someone would figure something out and you both already know what you are talking about, then you should add it.
For example (I'll just pick two random names for this example):
Bob: Where have you been?
Rob: I thought you would figure it out.
In that context, it should be used like that.
Now, if you want to say that you thought somebody would figure it out, then tell them where you've been, the sentence is not complete. If you were to use it like that, then it should be used like this:
Bob: Where have you been?
Rob: I thought you would figure out that I was at the store.
If you want to say what they should have figured out afterward, use it like that.
#2 is also correct, although it is missing the capitalization and periods.
You know how dumb I am.
That sentence can also be used in a question form, like this:
You know how dumb I am?
Although, if you were asking that, it would be best to say like this:
Do you know how dumb I am?
#3 is correct, no mistakes there.
#4 is mostly correct too, it is just missing a comma and a question mark.
If you will not tell me, then how will I know?
Hope this helps, and I sure hope it wasn't too complicated Reply back here if you need further clarification.
