Navid--

"Just so I get this straight" is a phrase that asks for explanation. The speaker wants to make sure he understands or remembers what he heard.

For instance:

(at the end of a phone conversation)

Person A: Just so I get this straight, your plane lands at 5:30 tomorrow, and I'm supposed to pick you up from the airport?

Person B: That's right, at 5:30 tomorrow.

Person A: Great, see you then!

"I clean forgot" (usually used in the past form) means "I completely forgot [about something]." It's not exactly formal English, but it is used in some regions. For instance:

Person B: Why weren't you at the airport yesterday? I had to call my sister for a ride.

Person A: I'm sorry, I clean forgot about it.
