Least your question slide away into oblivion (page 2 and beyond)....
"Live one day at a time." Live in the present moment...not the past/future.
Perhaps from time 'The Beatles' spent studying with their 'guru' in India 'way back when' and a continued influence in his life thereafter?

Hi Philo, thanks for your reply.
Well, if I were to guess, I would interpret "take it slow" or something. I was looking for some comment on the Internet, but there seems to be nothing... but it's ok.
By the way, you wrote "Least your question slide away into...."
What does "least" in this context mean? Is it like "before" here??
Also, can this slide be "slides", no??
