Dear teachers:

I'm confused about four grammers.

"S+have/has+been+Ving" & "S+have/has + P.P."

"S+will / shall have + P.P." & "S+will / shall have been + V-ing"


I know the difference in them but I don't really understant how to use them correctly.

Can you tell me how to ues them ?

He has been sleeping for ten hours. He has slept for ten hours.

If he sleeps till noon, he will have been sleeping for twelve hours. If he sleeps till noon, he will have slept for twelve hours.
