I understand #1 is appropriate for the blank below. How about #2? Is it appropriate, too?
1. Anything
2. Whatever

Yes, either one is fine.

There could be a difference in meaning, though, that context would help clarify. Without a context, I think I'd take "anything" to mean medical or non-medical hep. I think I'd interpret "whatever" to be more strictly just medical help. But now that I've written that, I'm not sure if that's really true or if it's my own bias.

Anyone else have any ideas?
