He addressed his speech without interption for 6 hours."
Can I use "without being interuptted" instead of "without interuption" ? |

No- they have different meanings (I presume) here. Without being interrupted means by other people, and without interruption means without pausing.
But you have other problems. Try this:
"The president was notorious for his long speeches. He addressed his audience for 6 hours without interruption."
