Hello, teachers!!
(1) The room was full of people.
(2) The room was full with people.
(2) The room was full for people.
Do you have any difference among them?
Thank you in advance. |

Learner12,
I think your sentences (1) The room was full of people and (2) The room was full with people seem to convey the same meaning, although I like to use 'The room was filled with people' for #2
'The room was full for people' might be referring to the state of people who could not enter into the room as it was already full.
Expecting comments from our experts.
