2. Correct, like your previous example. Be aware, though, that the past is not usually expressed that way nowadays. Still, you can use it and you will be understood.

3. It's good you have already done this... (On second thought, it's correct as an exclamation: Good, you have already done this!)

4. Yes

5. Yes, with a period after 'thinking.' It's a polite way of disagreeing with someone.

For #2, you could say "I read this last week" or "I read this a week ago."
